Very professional!!!
Jennifer is amazing! I took my 4 year old and 8 year old to get their ears pierced together and it was such a great experience! Jennifer was extremely patient and made them feel comfortable and talked them through the whole process. She also has a beautiful selection of earrings to choose from. Highly recommend!! :)
I had originally scheduled an appointment for my baby to get her ears pierced but then needed to reschedule. I originally tried to do this online and it kept giving me error message after error message, then I called the studio and got no response and then I message the studio after 4 days and still no response. I also called the shop and was hung up on. I ended up canceling and i’ll make an appointment somewhere else, Very unprofessional!
I had such a great experience and can’t recommend her enough! I’ll never go anywhere else for piercings. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and her studio is so clean and well-kept, it immediately put me at ease. The whole process was smooth, precise, and professional from start to finish. She’s truly the best!
She was so sweet to my anxious girl. She took her time and never made us feel rushed. More importantly she waited for my child to tell her yes and that she was ready.
