I had originally scheduled an appointment for my baby to get her ears pierced but then needed to reschedule. I originally tried to do this online and it kept giving me error message after error message, then I called the studio and got no response and then I message the studio after 4 days and still no response. I also called the shop and was hung up on. I ended up canceling and i’ll make an appointment somewhere else, Very unprofessional!
I had such a great experience and can’t recommend her enough! I’ll never go anywhere else for piercings. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and her studio is so clean and well-kept, it immediately put me at ease. The whole process was smooth, precise, and professional from start to finish. She’s truly the best!
She was so sweet to my anxious girl. She took her time and never made us feel rushed. More importantly she waited for my child to tell her yes and that she was ready.
Jennifer creates such a warm and inviting atmosphere for anyone in her chair. She went above and beyond to make sure my five year old was comfortable throughout the entire process. She took her time to ensure everything was even and perfect. Thank you for a great experience, Jennifer. She loves her new earrings!
If I could give one thousand stars, I absolutely would! Jennifer was wonderful and her personality is top tier. She explained everything in detail during, before, and after the procedure. Very clean environment and very professional. I would highly recommend her. My 3 mo old looks beautiful with her new earrings
