We had to take our boy in for an emergency after hours. Jim quickly met us at the vet, explained everything clearly, kept us calm, and was incredibly compassionate. He made a stressful situation much more manageable, and we truly appreciate his care and professionalism. Thank you Jim!
We have previously had a negative experience here about 5 years ago and since changed vet practices, this was sorted through formal feedback at the time. So I wanted to share my now positive experience. I have revisited again with a new cat of ours. I was a little nervous, however, the vets I have seen (Sarah and Holly) have been helpful, kind and compassionate to our cat.
