I recently moved in and I love my apartment!! It’s a reasonable price for the area and it’s conveniently located to everything. My dog and I take long walks and love the layout! Maintenance is great too!
Pros: - walking distance to downtown - fast and effective maintenance - Beautiful view to the lake Cons: - walls and floors are paper thin any sound transfer easily, our upstair neighbor's guest(kids) were running and jumping constantly all day for 4 months, and management didn't do anything about it despite multiple complaints - there's fiber internet and quality of it, is very low if you are working from home - cleanliness is not what you expect at all.
Love living here and the whole staff is great
