The only good thing I can say about Mira Flores is the location. Everything else was a disappointment. The office staff is consistently rude, unprofessional, and clearly uninterested in helping residents. They are argumentative and dismissive, and the property manager at the time we lived there (Karen) was untrustworthy — openly sharing confidential tenant information and gossiping about residents. This is the first negative review I’ve ever had to write, but I feel it’s important to share my experience for future residents. Since moving in, our air conditioning has broken down eight times. On one occasion, the temperature in our apartment reached 88 degrees and was not repaired for nearly a week. While my household was able to endure it, I worry about how unsafe these conditions would be for elderly residents, those with pets or those with health issues. I love living at Mira Flores. It's in a fantastic area, 5 minutes from work, 10 from my daughter's school. The staff is friendly, maintenance is quick, and all our neighbors are courteous. I recommend living here to everyone I know.

I love living at Mira Flores. The office staff is so nice and helpful! The maintenance team is awesome too!!
