Pros: - walking distance to downtown - fast and effective maintenance - Beautiful view to the lake Cons: - walls and floors are paper thin any sound transfer easily, our upstair neighbor's guest(kids) were running and jumping constantly all day for 4 months, and management didn't do anything about it despite multiple complaints - there's fiber internet and quality of it, is very low if you are working from home - cleanliness is not what you expect at all.
Love living here and the whole staff is great
I've lived here for 3+ years and it's been a lovely time. Good property manager and they've always been very responsive and helpful whenever I reach out.
This is a very well managed property, with friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to all amenities, ample parking and spacious apartments. A special thank you to Annabelle and Karen in the office, as well as the maintenance team. Life’s good in paradise!!!
