The close proximity to the beaches, and shopping are amazing, also the quietness of the neighborhood is exactly what I hoped for. I love the walkability of the property.
Cockroaches!!! Cockroaches!!!Cockroaches!!!! I moved in few months ago, from day one there were big cockroaches coming in, I don't know where exactly they are coming from, I am not opening the windows, I stopped using the patio door, I keep it completely shut, I close all the drains at night, keep my space clean and dry but still those giant cockroaches and lizards, find their way in. I tried to hold off on posting until I moved out, but the issues here are too constant to ignore. This complex is very cheap. I have a new maintenance issue almost every two weeks, most of which I end up fixing myself. My AC has broken down nearly every month since I moved in. It was especially unbearable during the summer when I had to sleep in 85+ degree heat for days at a time. I love living in this community! The neighbors are friendly, and it truly feels like a welcoming place to call home. The area is great — close to everything I need, yet peaceful and comfortable. I also really enjoy the monthly resident events; they’re such a fun way to connect with other residents.
