For Christmas my family got a broken A/C unit again. Every other week is a new problem or an old problem that was never fixed but just patched up to buy time, from the AC to the dishwasher. It’s been consistent issues since the day we moved into Mira Flores.
WARNING: Noise Disturbance We initially loved the community and the location, but that didn’t last long. Our upstairs neighbor has had four guests staying for more than two months, and they are constantly running, jumping, and even playing loudly on the balcony with zero consideration for the people living below them. The close proximity to the beaches, and shopping are amazing, also the quietness of the neighborhood is exactly what I hoped for. I love the walkability of the property.
Cockroaches!!! Cockroaches!!!Cockroaches!!!! I moved in few months ago, from day one there were big cockroaches coming in, I don't know where exactly they are coming from, I am not opening the windows, I stopped using the patio door, I keep it completely shut, I close all the drains at night, keep my space clean and dry but still those giant cockroaches and lizards, find their way in. I tried to hold off on posting until I moved out, but the issues here are too constant to ignore. This complex is very cheap. I have a new maintenance issue almost every two weeks, most of which I end up fixing myself. My AC has broken down nearly every month since I moved in. It was especially unbearable during the summer when I had to sleep in 85+ degree heat for days at a time.
