Bought a rear spoiler for my 2016 3 series. The customer service seemed a bit iffy from the start but it’s marketplace so it was very much on par. I believe I got a decent price on my spoiler but as the old adage goes if it’s too good to be true!, it is The spoiler showed up scratched and smeared so that was my first sign that this wasn’t a new part, it is my fault for not reaching out to them immediately, I decided to buff it and be happy with my results.
