I contacted MIR Appraisal for some information on my mother's silver set and discovered professional and courteous service. Their pricing was reasonable and they took my questions and budget concerns seriously. I will absolutely contact them again should I need an appraisal service.

I worked with MIR several months back, regarding a my mother's estate which included various paintings, lithographs and jewelry. Mr. Radfar and his staff were always friendly and professional in addition to being sensitive to my loss. They provided me with an excellent estate appraisal report that I was able to present in court without any issue. The diversity of their expertise was both convenient and impressive.

I consulted Mir Appraisal on a piece of antique furniture I own. I sent them images and a check for their consultation service. They immediately sent me a receipt and began their research. Then they called me and let me know the time period and value. Everything was smooth and easy compared to other people I called.

When I visited the office the staff made me feel comfortable and at home. They told me a lot about the print I brought in and even saved me money by suggesting an appraisal that fit the piece and my budget. I am seriously considering returning with some antiques.

At MIR Appraisal Services, Inc., we have several researchers working in our office, but senior appraisers never answer the phone. Our staff is complimented on a regular basis for our polite phone etiquette and customer service skills. In fact, most people are surprised by how efficiently we answer calls during business hours. I called many appraisers for information on some jewelry of my grandmothers and MIR Appraisal was certainly the most expensive and the so called "senior appraiser" was very unprofessional on the phone.
