I've had multiples services performed through MIPro Techs and they truly are "Pro" at everything they do, including Customer Service. I highly recommend MIPro Techs.
Our initial meeting with MIPro techs went smoothly. We felt confident in their expertise, having been referred to them by our builder. Despite not being the most tech-savvy individuals, we followed their instructions diligently. As the house neared completion, we received our estimate for the finishing work. I was required by my builder to use this company, first lines were ran to wrong places. Found during inspection and had them ran to right spots. Second when it came time to finish the install once the house was finished they basically told me to just finish it myself. Would not recommend.
UPDATE: Since you addressed the issue from original review, I’m updating my review. Thanks for replying and addressing the issue. Your van driver drives so recklessly that he almost crashed into bunch of cars, including me. Talk to your drivers and then I might consider taking this review down.
