Another Pasadena pastry paradise. I swear the mayor or city council are all glutton for sweets 🤣. This Taiwanese sweet and savory spot has it locked in. Friendly staff unlike this other Asian spot that starts with a W 🫢. All things I got were ridiculous
There was about a 10-minute line outside the store. When the line cleared and there was just a couple ahead of me with no one behind me, two firefighters came to buy some bagels. An Asian girl greeter opened the door and let the couple in. She then said to me, “I’ll be with you in a second,” but proceeded to let the firefighters in. I have no problem letting them go in first, but not this way, where you played the good person without saying a word to me. I had to take my business elsewhere.
Small place, but they make it work
The best Bagels in Pasadena. They had a wide selection of delicious flavors both savory and sweet. The Jalapeño cheddar was my favorite.
