Terrible receptionist. Would not recommend very rude
I made an appointment there. I had a family emergency, had to go downstate. Call it up there a few hours before my appointment left. A message never got a call back. So I called back again and the lady who answered the phone. The manager, there is a rudest lady. I ever talked to in my life. She told me to go find a different dentist that they I have to give it 24 hour notice that they never warned me. They never told me not one time about this policy. The woman is a liar and has no idea what shes talking about on the phone they need someone who knows how to handle people in pain and to stop telling people they take their insurance and when you are trying to give them the information they make up that you are yelling when they said they cant hear you good thing i record all of these conversations so i hope you guys are ready for what your front office started im filing complaints across the board for incompetence and i will be getting licenses looked at thank your front de... read more
