Love Minzu! Their sushi lunch specials are a great deal and come with miso soup. Everything is always fresh and delicious. Quick preparation for to-go meals and friendly staff. I’m gluten free and they were able to provide GF soy sauce which I really appreciate. Highly recommend!
Great sushi
Wife just delivered as Brighams. Waited 9 months for sushi so we ordered takeout while at the hospital our last night. Really fantastic and great portions for price
We got two rolls in 5 minutes! Tastes so fresh and so delicious. 10/10 recommend!!
Very affordable, fresh quality sushi and definitely the best spot you'll find in Salem. They have a good variety of all the classics and solid specialty rolls with generous fish to rice ratios. They are quick with the take out orders and pack everything accurately and nicely with utensils and condiments every time. Super nice when you come in to pick up as well. We currently live in the apartments right next to it and what a blessing it is to have this spot a hop, skip, and a jump away—bless!
