So I called a week ago and talked to someone in the service department about getting an alignment done on my International 5500. I told them I have gone through 4 sets of tires in 2 years. They told me to call this week and they could get me in. I called this morning and two people told me that they haven't done alignments in years. Minuteman Trucks used to be a great service shop for big trucks. Its a shame when they get bought out and the service just goes right down the $hitter

Showed up at 8am on a Saturday due to site saying open. No ones there and closed due to shirt staff and service couldn't grab the parts.
