This is long overdue. I was on a work trip and last minute noticed I needed access to printing for marketing collateral books. Although they’d already closed for the day, Leslie Klein reopens to let me in and print my collateral. She was so sweet, beyond generous, and didn’t even make me feel I had inconvenienced her.
