I'm really disappointed. I had 2 custom orders that I created with AI and sent them in to print. I was going to use Staples but these projects were so important to me I went to a professional printer. One project - a folded card - I approved based on the proof which looked like it had a full cover, and there was no explanation that there would be side borders and no border on the top and bottom.
