Richard saved the day for me yesterday. He went above and beyond in a friendly professional manner when I showed up at 4:45 pm with a printing request. He guided me to a solution that was better than I imagined and happily stayed late to make sure I had what I needed, well packaged and protected before I left the shop. Outstanding service.

Upon arrival Richard was extremely helpful and stopped what he was doing to help us. He had an attitude of can do anything. It was so refreshing . I will definately visit Richard again with other projects. Left cap behind.....United States of America And picked one week later . Glad it was still there. Thanks Richard

I was very impressed with how efficient, polite, professional and patient Richard was when I stopped in to have copies made at the Parry Sound location. He was very thorough in going over all of the copies and ensuring everything was in order. I highly recommend seeing Richard for any printing needs.
