If I could give a negative star rating I would do so! I was given a quote for some copies including black and white, color as well copies of text messages from a phone. A job that should have been about 40 pages with a cost of around $20. This quote was given to me by a nice lady who answered the phone. When my husband got there the lady had gone to lunch (at 4:30 p.m. when they close at 5:30?) so a man proceeded to do the copies.
