Another treasure in the community to my discovery - THANK GOD! First class production, reliable, refined and quality work, and white glove customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Sedrick (owner). I needed to print name badges for a regional church conference - my home printer was not producing the consistent quality that one would need for a conference. I rarely write reviews, but felt the need to for this particular Minuteman location. I am an artist and they are my go-to spot for all my printing needs. They always do the work right and get it done in a timely manner with excellent communication. I've gone to several other minuteman locations and printers with the same specifics for my order, and it's been a frustrating experience to say the least - and my order is usually straight forward just reprinting my art onto a certain sized paper. I arrived right at 8am and was out by 8:20! Super accommodating and friendly staff. My new go-to copy shop in Oakland!
Wei was very helpful in choosing the type of paper and the font. My only regret is that the paper is too lightweight. But I would still recommend Minuteman and Wei.
I used Minutemen Press to print a funeral program, and they were so easy to work with during a difficult time. The program was printed on much nicer paper than I expected, and the images were printed perfectly. Thank you, Sedrick & Team!!!
