I was in town on business and found myself in desperate need of a last-minute print job. I called Minuteman Press, and Andrew could not have been more accommodating or helpful. The customer service from the start was top-notch. When I arrived for pickup, Frank greeted me warmly and efficiently finalized my order. Most importantly, the print quality was absolutely outstanding. If you are looking for professional, high-quality printing services and a team that delivers under pressure, I highly recommend giving them a try!

Three messed up orders. Three different occasions. Unhelpful, bizarre rules of staffing that seem to make no sense. Truly laughable amount of helplessness behind the counter. Hundreds of print shops in Burbank, don’t even try here.

This location is by far the best! I’ve visited other locations, but none compare when it comes to attention to detail, turnaround time, and communication. The owner and staff were incredibly kind and accommodating with some custom print requests I had for an event my company and I are working on. Highly recommend to any companies or people looking for high quality prints.

What an incredible printing service! I highly recommend this team. They helped me with a job that I thought was impossible to achieve in the time given and it turned out beautifully. It really speaks to the importance of supporting and working with small businesses who will go the extra mile to put you at ease.
