Excellent customer service and they bring exceptional quality in their work! I'll be doing more business with them in the future
Absolutely dropped the ball on a 10,000 piece order. Completely screwed up the sample order the first time after being given measurements as well as a sample of what we wanted. Was told it would be corrected and completed the following work day. Now it has been a week and nothing. Called twice today and emailed but no response. Will change this review if they ever get around to handling my order. Update: After some conversation they corrected the mistake and got the it alll correct. Well done on the final product.
