I stopped in to Minuteman Press today with a small quick request and they were so accommodating!!! This company has been around for many years and I know has always had a great reputation and I was very happy with the service they provided.
It’s so nice working with a local printer like Minuteman. You get the best of both worlds being that it is a chain but you get to work with Henry the owner. The staff is professional, kind, fair and a valuable resource for our team.
Poor communication and very disappointing experience. I was told I would receive a call or email and never heard back. I came in needing just ONE simple page printed. Their machine was down, which I understand, but I even offered to bring my own paper and email over my design literally all that was needed was to hit print. Instead, the situation was overcomplicated. Ashley seemed to overthink what should have been a very simple request, and Henry didn’t seem interested in finding a solution.
