My business partner and I have worked with a few different locations of Minuteman Press and we love working with them but the location in Arlington Heights is probably the worst experience in terms of customer service and communication. Time and time again, I’ve tried reaching out to them a week or days in advance for printings for our events through their online inquiry and then I’d send my own follow up message just to confirm but they never seem to answer their calls or respond to inquiries or emails.
