I had a 1:00 appointment. Was told to have a seat. A gentleman came in and stated he had a 1:20 appointment. I told her I had a 1pm appointment. I am on my lunch break from work. All she said was she understood. What’s the point of an appointment when you get pushed back from someone behind you in line. I was late back to work after sitting there for 30+ minutes

Employees were super rude and seemed inconvenienced. First, I walked in and a dog greeted me? I stood there a few mins while they ignored me and then finally asked what I needed. I had an appt for fingerprints and was told "so does everyone else here that's waiting" - So what's the point of making an appt then? I ended up walking out.
