Employees were super rude and seemed inconvenienced. First, I walked in and a dog greeted me? I stood there a few mins while they ignored me and then finally asked what I needed. I had an appt for fingerprints and was told "so does everyone else here that's waiting" - So what's the point of making an appt then? I ended up walking out.
This company is the best! I've been using them for over 10 years. I highly recommend using them for any customization, printing, photo, invites, and marketing materials. They have quality products and they stand by their work. Dave is so patient and great to work with and his fun personality and professionalism makes my projects a breeze!!!! I've thrown them some curve balls and he's executed flawlessly. Thank you time and time again for everything you've done for me, I'm a lifelong customer!
I was met with fast and professional service. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner and our products were hand delivered to us with no delay. Thank you so much for the professionalism that your office provided. Its so nice to have good humor and work ethics in today's society.
