I had a 1:00 appointment. Was told to have a seat. A gentleman came in and stated he had a 1:20 appointment. I told her I had a 1pm appointment. I am on my lunch break from work. All she said was she understood. What’s the point of an appointment when you get pushed back from someone behind you in line. I was late back to work after sitting there for 30+ minutes

Minuteman Press is amazing to do business with, the owners are extremely nice and kind, and they have fast turnaround times and are super accommodating to rush jobs/ time sensitive work. I would recommend them to EVERYONE.

Employees were super rude and seemed inconvenienced. First, I walked in and a dog greeted me? I stood there a few mins while they ignored me and then finally asked what I needed. I had an appt for fingerprints and was told "so does everyone else here that's waiting" - So what's the point of making an appt then? I ended up walking out.

This company is the best! I've been using them for over 10 years. I highly recommend using them for any customization, printing, photo, invites, and marketing materials. They have quality products and they stand by their work. Dave is so patient and great to work with and his fun personality and professionalism makes my projects a breeze!!!! I've thrown them some curve balls and he's executed flawlessly. Thank you time and time again for everything you've done for me, I'm a lifelong customer!
