Great service . Clifton was very knowledgeable and helpful
This is an update to the original post that was made. I received my programs and the work was perfect! However, the stress of this company not communicating with me cost me time that I didn't have to give while preparing for my mother's funeral. I believe with more training on communicating with customers in all facets this could be a great place to do business. For now, I will take my future printing needs somewhere else. I increased my original one star to two stars because the programs are beautiful!
January 26-27, 2024: Explained all options for the printing job we needed without us having to ask. Readily offered suggestions on enhancements to the print job. Prompt, detailed, clearly explained, free job estimates on the spot. Overall, fair, prompt, patient, professional, and efficient service from the recent new owners. Beautifully printed programs that incorporated enhancements suggested by the owner.
