I don't write reviews but this was the best customer service I have ever received, anywhere. They were able to rush my order and worked with me to properly export my document to something printable. Above and beyond, problem solving until the job was done. They were willing to teach me how to prevent the issues I ran into on indesign, walking through every step. I cannot express how thankful I am for them and how wonderful the project turned out.
I've been coming here for a while for standard business cards and always was happy so I decided to see if they would help me design a sales flyer. Will (the guy with the long hair) took some of my old flyers and some of my new pictures and made me a super cool flyer. I tried my best to give him as little instruction as possible so he could put his style on it in hopes the flyer would feel new and fresh while having the same message. Not a god place for printing. They charge me $6.75 for one piece of paper black and white copy. They are ripping off people and I’m not recommending to you that place if you are looking for a place to print paper
Pleasant and efficient.
Horrible customer service! The guy on a phone was getting irritated with my questions. Not helpful at all! In the end, hang up on me before I could finish the sentence. Go to Copy Express! Amazing service and even cheaper!
