I and my family were long time customers of previous owners. First experience with new owners was complete waste of time and money (thankfully not a lot). I asked if they could make a print of something. They said yes. When I picked it up, it looked terrible. I told them it didn't look good enough for me to use. I decided to run an every door direct mail campaign for the Holidays in 2024, the first time I ever tried an EDDM campaign. Bill busted his butt to prepare my 12,000 piece mailing, going above and beyond great customer service to have my mail delivered before Thanksgiving. Wanted to get some flyers printed and brought a jump drive. Once someone came to help she told me no jump drives I would have to email it to them. She kept telling me just to email to the business and didn't want me to email it to her directly even though her business card was first in line. Then I see packets of work orders sitting on the counter and guess what? Yep, jump drives in the packets. They obviously do not want my business. I urgently needed some printing services & gave them a call, not realizing they were about to be closing for the day. They asked me to send them the files anyway & assured me that they could help, even allowing me to come in shortly after they closed. They were happy to help, provided excellent customer service, & got me exactly what I needed. I’d recommend going to them for any printing needs!
