This shop has been under new ownership for several years now. I've used them for multiple projects and have always been delighted at their prices and turnaround times.

I decided to try this company because its local the order start to finish took 8 business days. They lost my first emailed order request and it had to be sent again. I had to call to make sure they got it because they did not send a response. The man I spoke to (I think Kathy's husband) gave me a verbal quote. When I received my proof I called and spoke to Kathy, she asked me if I had been given a quote yet and I said "yes just a verbal one nothing in writing" and gave her the info I was given. Worst company I have ever used in all my years. They took over 4 weeks to deliver a reorder of business cards that they already had on file (just had to update a few things.) They did deliver them after the second week but their graphic designer messed up the file so bad that they printed 5000 wrong, so we had to wait another two weeks. They were totally unapologetic and rude about the whole thing and ended up still charging us full price for something that ended up costing us about 4 weeks of hand to hand and word of mouth ... read more
