The worst insurance ever! My wife was taken off her health insurance by Minuteman. She should have never been taken off. We had to pay out of pocket for a medication. I filled out two reimbursement forms. Minuteman health said they sent out the check. Back in January of 2017. I received no check!!!! I have spoken to over 40 representatives!!!! When I went to pick up my prescription in December 2016 while covered by Minuteman, the pharmacy informed me that Minuteman reported I was not covered at the time. This was an error on Minutemans part. I was informed by them it was simply a glitch. They said they would email me a form to fill out & submit with the paperwork from the pharmacy & they would send us a check. They gave us the address to send it to & we mailed it there in January. Wish I could put no stars... this insurance is a scam. They're sheisty scum bags. turned my coverage on and off, said I was covered for a 30 day hospital stay and ended up not covering it . I requested a copy of a 1095 A , I had to go through the Market Place now I am finding out minute man said I lied on my taxes about my coverage so they wont send me the form I need to send out to The IRS. This insurance has been nothing but problems for me and the employees at my business.
Awful health insurance company. They took my payment more than a month ago. I am sick with type 1 diabetes. They won't won't back date a couple weeks so I can get the help I need! They told me to call a free clinic. Nice to know I'm paying for health insurance that doesn't even care about my health.
