I have had several keys copied using the automated kiosk. I did have one key that was not cut correctly and would not open my lock, however all I had to do was call them and I was texted a coupon code to make a new key at no charge. Overall, I have been satisfied with the results.

It was so quick and easy. I didn't need any assistance from anyone. And I really liked picking a key with designs on them. Reasonably priced also.
This was by far the fastest and easiest way I have ever been able to get a key made. Being in the real estate business I don't have time to wait for a clerk to come and make a key. 80% of the time they don't work, all of the keys I received worked and I got one free!! I will be using Minute Key from now on.
Why don't your machines do as advertised and make car keys? That's a huge business in opinion and I have many automobiles that need extra regular uncoded keys but your machine won't do them although it advertises it will.
