I make keys for condos that I manage. I have not yet had even 1 key that fails. I use the machines at Walmart and Lowes. I used to get failed keys wherever a person had to make them. Uncalibrated machines. I'm so glad that Minute Key maintains their machines. Won't use anyone else.
