Had a key cut here for my company building and the very first time it was used, it became completely stuck in the lock and would not come out. I had to call an emergency locksmith who had to disassemble the lock just to remove the key. The locksmith stated the key had excessive burrs left on it from the cutting machine and was improperly finished. Needed a new house key, came to Wal-mart on S. Tryon and the machine was fast, affordable, and efficient! I highly recommend others to use it as well.
