If I could put a zero, I would so unprofessional the lady kept turning every colored person away when you ask for help a quick answers oh, this is like a doctors office were her answers to everything that does not help if a lady telling you they just need you to look at her just look at her mom for a second no human compassion at all how are you supposed to be a nurse even if your dad and you can't even be compassionate. The clinic was clean. The NP had great bedside manners. She allowed me to express myself.
Terrible. I waited 30 minutes passed my anppointment time. and they move with zero urgency. Lots of Roo. For improvement. I left because I could wait no longer, but I’m giving a 2 because it’s clean and there is a nice check-in process.
Great experience here at the minute clinic! I wasn’t able to get in to see my regular PCP for labs so I got a last minute appointment here. The FNP was awesome. Very friendly and personable. I would definitely come back!
