Hilariously unprofessional with completely unnecessary comments from the physician, and did not even complete the paperwork required after two attempts at getting the appointment completed. Don't waste your time, you'd have better luck getting anything done by a homeless person with some anesthetics than this disaster of a facility
Minute clinic employees are extremely rude and condescending.
Would like to give no rating if I could. We went with a severe cold that lasted for a week. They were not able to confirm insurance on file. The nurse or check in person was incredibly rude. It was Saturday October 19th afternoon shift. We had to leave with nothing she refused to call insurance as a provider. I have never experienced a medical representative to be so rude to a patient. We went to Walgreens and in 10 min we were admitted, and seen by a clinic nurse practitioner on duty who also assisted us with the check in!!... read more
Great experience at the Minute Clinic. Registered online and went in for a sports physical, and was out with a completed form in less than 20 minutes.
