Charged my card fraudulently! Been trying to reach them to no avail! Charged me $264.51 for no reason whatsoever!I will be filing a formal complaint !!
Visited today 1/23/2024 at approximately 6:30pm. Both staff members were courteous, kind, and extremely professional. Had extremely pleasant conversation and they completely cured both my impacted ears, diagnosed irritation in one and as well as provided me ways to prevent future issue. Hung vu was the name of one, but sadly I didn't get the name of the senior member. Very happy with the visit and would highly recommend this location to anyone.
Easy to book online and check-in online. Saw a doctor on a weeknight who was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Worked well with my insurance. Would recommend.
Hong vu is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I had made an appointment earlier in the day for a physical exam for my employer. I showed up a couple minutes late and when I went to check in my appointment was canceled. I knocked on the door Hong vu answered and said she looked out and didn’t see anyone so she canceled the appointment. Worst costumer service. Doesn't value the time of costumer, they cancelled my appointment in last minute after i arrived to location. Could have call me at least 1 hr early.
