My visit was easy, fast & convenient. Highly recommend. Thank you for providing great service. I wasn’t able to get a same day online appointment so I joined the waitlist. I received a text within an hour stating that there was an opening for same day. I’m happy with the quick friendly service & receiving my medication quickly.
The nurse practitioner nurse so excellent. They listen to you very kind. And the cleanliness outstanding. They always wash their hands. They take time to listen to you and they make sure you're updated on all your shots. Easy fast
Rude, angry short little female working the clinic. Terrible customer service skills. Yelled out grouchily at me from her doorway across the lobby in front of 3 other customers like I was a child. I'm feeling horrible as it is, so this wasn't fun. I was trying to get a walk in appt.instead of the one scheduled 4 hours later at 6:00. We left and headed over to the new Queen's on Kilani, where I was treated really well and in and out in 10 minutes with a prescription.
