My VIRTUAL appt was a complete waste of time and money. It also started almost ten min late. I was lectured and told to go to urgent care, which is what I was trying to avoid. No prescriptions, no help, but I bet the bill will be full price. I felt like the provider just took the easy way out to avoid any risk of liability/accountability. This "Minute Clinic" at CVS is advertised as a "walk in" clinic. This is not true. You cannot walk in and be seen. It's appointment only. Change your advertising!
I had a great experience at this CVS Minute clinic. I made an appointment that morning for 11am, which was surprisingly quick! I was a bit early and went right in. Stephanie Pickerill was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She addressed the issue and I'm feeling much improved just a day later! I will definitely use again if my doctor isn't able to see me for a sick appointment.
Always have been in and out in 10-20 minutes, usually go here for TB skin test for work, ear infections, sinus infections, and cold treatments. Have always had good experiences
