The Nurse Practitioner was very friendly and helpful in explaining my symptoms and recommending the proper treatment and medications.
My VIRTUAL appt was a complete waste of time and money. It also started almost ten min late. I was lectured and told to go to urgent care, which is what I was trying to avoid. No prescriptions, no help, but I bet the bill will be full price. I felt like the provider just took the easy way out to avoid any risk of liability/accountability.
