extremely disappointed with the nurse practioner, needs more training. My wife arrived for her 12pm appt she booked online. At 11:50, she checked in and waited. At 12:10, the nurse practioner comes out and takes another person, my wife asked if there was another nurse practioner working and she said, No. My wife asked, oh does he have an earliar appt then me? She said, yes, and said to wait. No apologies that they were apparently running late ( it was 12:20 at this time) or asking what time her appt was, nothing. Total disre... read more

I did a lot a research on Urgent Care facilities, and as far as the East Side goes, this is by far the best one. I genuinely felt like the staff was more concerned about my health than myself. Amazing job. I hope they're being paid well, and if they're not, I hope they get better jobs.

I can recommend this place. I had a swimmer's ear and Michelle Kendall could help me immediately. She was very nice and friendly!

I would not recommend this clinic if you need a school or sports physical for your child. They filled out the form incorrectly the first time and forgot to date the form when we went back for a 2nd time (school wouldn't accept the form). As nice as the medical professionals were, a single sports physical should not take 3 separate visits just to have the form filled out properly.
