Very frustrating experience. I scheduled a vaccine appointment at CVS MinuteClinic and waited almost an hour. Only after waiting that long was I told the vaccine was not in stock. If the clinic does not have the vaccine, the system should not allow appointments to be booked. This feels like either a scheduling system problem or poor management. Either way, it wasted my time.

I liked that there was a private room and comfortable seating for my 2 vaccine shots. The person who administered the shots was a nurse practitioner. Appointments can be made online, or just walk in as I did. Luckily, it was near end-of-day (4:30pm) and she took me back within minutes after I checked in at the Kiosk. I plan to go here for all future vaccine shots.

We went for our flu & Covid vaccines today. Everything there was excellent. This was our first visit It won’t be our last.

This team is just so efficient and attentive! Between the clinic care and the prescription filling I felt that they all worked well together to keep the line moving. Everyone I came in contact with in the store was upbeat and cheerful with great eye contact. The CVS training and their processes seems to be a well oiled machine, yet they maintain a personal touch. Fairless Hills, PA store.
