What is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait over an hour for a simple TB skin ppd test? Literally saw 1 patient during that entire time. I asked about the wait & was told that's basically just how it is. And allegedly there were 2 NPs here! CVS minute clinic needs an education in operational efficiency. At the bare minimum- communication! Before deciding to cut my losses & leave, a NP came out & said, "sorry, techncal difficulties" & walked off.
