NP did not do any visual assessment of the waiting room (their responsibility). I had a confirmation text confirming “my spot in line” yet the NP told us we were simply on a waiting list. She did not lay eyes on my distressed child and told me she would see us “if there’s time.” If there is an acute patient, it is your responsibility to either see the patient immediately or call an ambulance, neither were offered, because she did not even visually assessment to see if the child was in distress. NP was rude
We were seen promptly at our appointment time. The room was clean. The NP Diana was fast, friendly, and very VERY patient when my young daughter was extremely scared to get a vaccine. She made it as easy as possible. Thanks Diana!
