If you are a Veteran with VA benefits don’t go here! I have been here for hours and they won’t even try use my benefits! The Nurse Practioner and the pharmacy. The pharmacy is very rude and refuses to even listen to the person at VA benefits or call CVS Caremark help desk

I scheduled an appointment for my son, age 8, online to be seen for a strep test. He had no symptoms other than a sore throat/blotchy red throat. I was called and told that unless he can present a negative covid test, he could not be seen. I requested that they do the covid test then (since they do them) and was told they didn't have any available appointments, even though I had an appointment. I had a great experience! The nurse practitioner was very friendly and she made a plan with me to get all of my care done in the timeframe I need. I barely felt the needle for the shot I needed, it was very quick and efficient.

My first visit was great. Called me back five minutes before my scheduled time and the NP was very nice. My second visit was not the same. I arrived early and waited. Ten minutes after my appointment still no one had informed me when I would be back. So I waited some more. Thirty minutes in now, so I schedule another appointment for thirty minutes from that time. Still no assistance. Second visit ruined it for me.
