So dump I make appointment to clean ear wax. I want to pay out of my pocket but they said need to go through insurance.
Worst ever minute clinic, the employee refused to look even she was sitting free, it was 11:20 AM when we checked in, she scheduled to check at 2:10 PM, we requested to check earlier because we were traveling. She refused to accommodate and said she will do after lunch break, I asked lunch break time and she said it’s 12:00 to 1:00 then she also said even if lunch break over at 1 I will only check at 2:10 and started playing on cell. I requested again but she said if you want an early check up then go to any urgent care.
Super nice nurse practitioner diagnosed me and I got my prescription. Only complaint was the address was wrong in the confirmation text so I almost missed my appointment.
