My wife scheduled an appointment with the Minute Clinic on Five Mile in Northville after the communicable disease Dr. Told her to do so. They sent me a text asking to confirm her appointment. We both spent 20 minutes trying to call them. Menu land. No humans available. She left for the appointment. I finally got to talk to a person or so I thought. I had an appointment for some immunizations and a blood test required by my job. I arrived 10 minutes early and was taken back right away. Jamie Boyd was the NP, she was beyond nice and EXTREMELY helpful as I had many questions. She took her time addressing my concerns and giving honest feedback. It was my first visit to a minute clinic and I was impressed. Thank you Jamie!
