The NP, Heather, was genuinely one of the best medical personnel I've ever interacted with. I never do surveys or reviews, but she deserves to get acknowledged for her easygoing and genuinely caring/tailored approach to patients.
Let me say this first.... I've always had great experiences with their Practitioners. My Wife went on May 8th with sore throat, headache, dyspnea, and cough. She was seen by Len and told it was just allergies and prescribed OTC's. I then got sick. Fever, chills, sore throat with exudate, cough, nausea, and ear pain. I was seen by Len as well.
