I waited over an hour just to ask 1 question. I had several CVS staff employees knock on the door to see why it was taking so long. The nurse practitioner finally told me it was going to be a long visit after I checked in twice and had an appointment. I ended up leaving. It shouldn’t take over an hour long for a clinic visit.

So I have a bacterial infection that I was treated for. My wife who was 40 weeks pregnant caught it from me. My poor wife went here and was told to come in 5 hours later. She did and still had to wait over an hour. There was only one person ahead of her. When she is finally seen the doctor seemed very unprepared to treat her. She was questioning all of her decisions. At one point she called her supervisor asking what to do. She even said that “I can’t give you antibiotics because if I do it will prompt an audit.”. What??? At... read more
