Had a need for a simple check up and have generally had good luck with MinuteClinics. Unfortunately, even though the website said they were open both for appointments and walk-ins they actually were not. This was a complete waste of time when I was already feeling lousy.
Excellent attentive service. Went above and beyond and even called to see how I was Doing.
Anne in the Old Saybrook CVS Minute Clinic was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in addressing my issue. She was friendly, observant, professional and personable. I will absolutely return to this CVS Minute Clinic for any future, non-emergency needs!
Absolutely amazing care. Great clinician and all meds I needed were waiting when I checked out.
The person was extremely nice and worked very hard to clear the wax out of my ear.
