Always a smooth, simple process to schedule an appointment, availability of appointments, limited wait time, and a professional/courteous medical staff. This review is for Minuteclinic at CVS. Went there for annual physical exam and the physical examiner was very good and thorough in explaning everything. However, I had a form that needed to be fillled by my inssurance company and she could not fill it at the time as she didnt have the results handy and asked me to book and appointment and come at a laterd ay so that someone from Minutecline could help and fill the form. Terrible service! I was there an hour before closing, and a rude nurse came out to inform me that they weren’t taking patients that day. She suggested I come back the next day in the afternoon, as if I didn’t have any other obligations. I just needed some cold medicine! Avoid this place.
