We had another very positive visit to this clinic. Mary C is an excellent NP. I would highly recommend CVS Minute clinic in Fox Point.
My daughter had a sore throat, fever and was negative for flu and covid. I was able to schedule an appointment within the hour of my doctor saying they had no availability at the clinic. The nurse practitioner took great care of us. We walked in at 4pm and walked out the door with a prescription and plan of care within 30 minutes. I’d highly recommend this to every parent.
The doctor was rude and with lack of empathy.
We had an excellent visit to this clinic yesterday and in the past. The NP and pharmacist were both knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and professional. The entire experience was very positive. I would highly recommend this clinic.
The NP who treated my daughter on 1/17 had poor bedside manner, and she told us that my daughter had earwax impacted in both of her ears. I took my daughter in to the doctor to follow-up on this, and she doesn’t have this issue in either ear. I was glad to get my daughter’s strep throat diagnosed, but this was an unpleasant experience and I wouldn’t recommend this minute clinic.
