Beyond terrible service. Arrived at 5:10pm for a 5:10pm appointment and was told appointment was cancelled because I did not arrive 15 minutes early. Ridiculous. No one here and the nurse is refusing to provide treatment. Go to an Urgent Care, don't waste your time with CVS.

This is such an amazing clinic . Every NP is so kind and very knowledgeable. The negative reviews pertain to individuals who unfortunately arrive late and demanded to be seen anyway . I have seen this as a patient while being treated . Stating false information . 15 minutes is just a suggestion sent automatically via text. Unfortunately if you are 15 minutes late it is taken away from others being treated. However , rebooking a new appointment is always an option . I had a great experience here with a physician that I unfortunately can’t remember the name of. After dealing with a cold for a few days, I woke up with severe pain in my ear so my boyfriend made an appointment for me to be seen right away. We were seen right away and the physician listened to my symptoms, checked out my ears, and diagnosed an ear infection. This place is a nightmare for any parent. We took our one year old son here who was diagnosed with an ear infection around noon today. The clinic called in his prescription to a closed pharmacy. We called the clinic back and requested the script be sent to a new pharmacy. They amazingly sent the script back to the closed pharmacy for a second time.
