Most recent update: After the last update where I waited almost 3 hours on hold waiting for CVS corporate to answer their phone (which they never did), and leaving my number for them to call me back (which again they never did), I reached out to CVS on facebook. Their social media team had Diana from corporate call me to remedy the problems that I was experiencing. She really made a difference by listening and promising to get to the bottom of it. Update: Unfortunately I can no longer recommend CVS Minute Clinic because of the lack of customer support from corporate and the numerous glitches in their electronic systems. Like the original review from below states, my first visit went smoothly. Unfortunately the second Minute Clinic vaccination appointment that I made exactly the same way as the first appointment in the CVS app, did not go so well. Very professional and nice. Very clean clinic. Got me in at an early appointment time so I didn't have to take time off from work.
