The NP was very thorough.. answered my questions.. and was very helpful.. I prefer to go to her ..before seeking care anywhere else..
I’ve never used minute clinic but my daughter had a sore throat that was getting worse after a week so we decided to try the walk in option. There are no instructions anywhere as to what to do when you get there. There is a check in kiosk but that’s only for appointments. Not one worker, nurse practitioner, etc ever acknowledged us. We stood there for 32 minutes before I finally asked the only other person sitting there if they knew anything about the walk ins and what we should do.
