I’ve never used minute clinic but my daughter had a sore throat that was getting worse after a week so we decided to try the walk in option. There are no instructions anywhere as to what to do when you get there. There is a check in kiosk but that’s only for appointments. Not one worker, nurse practitioner, etc ever acknowledged us. We stood there for 32 minutes before I finally asked the only other person sitting there if they knew anything about the walk ins and what we should do. Had great service they have called and checked up on 2 times in 5 days they do care about there patients
