Very clean 👌 I was spoken to with concern and kindness. Informative suggestions to avoid my issue along with prescribed medication from my doctor she was patient and attentive . I was drinking my coconut water due to the heat I apologized went to toss it out however she allowed me to drink and hydrate as she conducted my visit.
We had a fantastic experience getting my son his sports physical done here! From the moment we walked in, Reagan our Provider was super friendly, efficient, and incredibly professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my son felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She was thorough but quick, which I appreciated, especially with a busy schedule. Nurse practitioner was intelligent, professional, and did not talk "down" to me!
Brought my 5 year old in to have her eye looked at as it was a Friday after hours for her pediatrician. I misplaced her physical insurance card, but I was about to get her numbers from the website. I was told it was not active and she wasn't able to accept money for the visit. But if I could get the card i could do a virtual appointment. The following morning, her eye was worse and I brought to another clinic for care. They had zero issues getting her insurance verified but also could accept money if need be. They provide false information about their price but when you get there it’s way higher than expected just to see a stupid nurse practitioner. Who wants to charge you $190 just to prescribe you Tylenol. This nurse practitioner was very condescending, unprofessional, very rude and should not be a nurse practitioner if not have her license revoked. I would give her ZERO stars review if o could!!!
