I'm giving 2 stars because the people working there were nice. The system had overbooked appointments, but the biggest problem was that I had gone in early to stave off or prevent an illness/virus from getting worse after experiencing multiple symptoms (viruses tend to settle in my chest and get very bad). They did not test me for COVID (I later tested myself at home) or the flu, but did test for strep. I was looked at and told to get Sudafed, but that their pharmacy was closed. It was relatively easy to make an appointment at your place on Kent Island. But it was impossible to cancel it. Your website is really screwed up. I called every option as far as phone numbers and choices of press one press to press whatever, and nothing worked I could never get to a real person and cancel my appointment. When I tried it online they would not except my last name, they would not except my reservation number. And so I was not able to cancel it. I was really trying to help you!!!
The nurses were rude and very unprofessional. I would not recommend going.
